Yesterday at 12.45h CET the Lord Buddha blessed every person and every being on earth. Whether we are conscious of it or not, everyone has received that blessing. We carry that energy in our hearts and crowns to uplift ourselves and those around us. Now what we have it, what’s next?
Thursday May 7th 2020 at 12.45h CET is the most powerful full moon of the year. It is called the full moon of the Lord Buddha or Wesak (also Vesak or Buddha Jayanti).

“Pranic Healing uses laws of nature which people do not know or are not aware of.”Master Choa Kok Sui
To help as many people as possible to benefit from Pranic Healing, we are offering distant Pranic Healing on donation basis. All the money raised will be given to organisations helping those affected by COVID-19.
During times of challenge it helps to go within. Going within means observing your inner state.
Our inner state defines our response to what is happening around us. If our inner state is fearful and anxious, we feel powerless. With doubt and worry comes paralysis, the inability to act.
During these times of uncertainty we may wonder what we can do to help ourselves, our loved ones, our community and those affected by the virus. Luckily, Grand Master Choa gave us the tools to strengthen our physical and energy bodies, help our loved ones, our community and the world: Pranic Healing and Meditation on Twin Hearts.
The Institute for Inner Studies and several Master Pranic Healers are conducting live streams and/or are releasing videos to help us cope, strengthen, heal and be of service.
